Treasurer:

Annual financial report presented. One person paid their own way through ADO. 2012 Rochester Open made a tiny loss. GS asked for clarity on "Dues reimburse": was to former board member who had overpaid. Picnic accounts for our loss during the year. Trophies and tournament expenses up for review later in the meeting. PO box was for last year and this year which both hit this calendar year.

Team Awesome did not call in either of their playoff wins.

PR Committee:

Struggled with getting taverns to set up teams with their own regulars. Links in Fairport and some new bar on Empire opened up. We now have a Twitter account. Facebook has been flat but getting some traction from ADO 5-2 and NWDS pages. DD is taking some flyers to Philadelphia with him. We should put a post out about general membership.

ADO Rep:

Want to try and get men's and women's brackets running for the NWDS event. Had great support from them. Expecting people from RI, MA, OH, NY, PA, Canada so encouraging so far. Amy working with Cali to get a Central New York page getting traction on Facebook.

Old Business:

Signup wrap-up: 22 teams signed up. Perhaps we can actively gather up all the bit parts of folded teams and put them in touch with each other.

Rochester Open: We have the big room for Sunday NWDS. Markers, Receipts, Scoreboards inventory will need to be taken. Distinct color cans/totes, Envelopes, Power Strips, Extension Cords, Light fixtures, Bulbs. Want two recept/cash people, one data entry, one tournament and one TV display (3 laptops). Raffle tickets. Rick will have beer vendor items, 300 coozies coming (one for everybody), 40 shirts, staff shirts, Shirts: can give 20 away to Quality Inn residents, (certificate), 5-10 as chalkers prizes, remainder as discretionary, 2x2 shots, 2x2 pints, PA system (JK). 50/50 plus extra raffle prizes on separate color tickets. Set up on Friday afternoon: Steve Neu, Mark Alderman, DD, JK, DM. Ideally need to be set up by 5:30pm. Inventory: 19 scoreboards, 13 stanchions at McGinnity's. They should be moved to Sunset this weekend.

7:00 Start Time: Did not get a majority vote but there was a plurality in favor of moving to 7pm. Send out an email indicating a vote at midseason for fall season.
