There was a forfeit in playoffs in metro but there was no reserve that could be called up anyway with 6 teams in the division.

ADO Rep:

Not getting much support in this area regionally. Support needed for the women's game especially. Amy working on the next local qualifier in January. Hosting a New World Dart Series event instead of an ADO qualifier on the Sunday of the Rochester Open.

Old Business:

Rochester Open - Sanction: As far as we're concerned we're sanctioned

Sales: Still trying to get sponsors. Pat's friend might be able to bring championship shirts with him. Want to get a bunch of sizes of shirts and leave them undated so that the idea of champion shirts becomes viable.

Flyer: Want a large format printed version available this year.

Board Candidates: Possible interest from a few of the people we've spoken to directly. No nominations have come in from the open invitation as yet.

Board Dinner: 9 for dinner

New Business:

Sign up duties: GS and ED tournament. RS and DD signup.

Steve Neu: Suggestions submitted to DD and GS. Optional format with more single leg matches. Also a sub pool where players can play on multiple different teams throughout the season. Reduced picnic or substituting for food/keg at signup. Putting up money for notables (would need to be league wide and verifiable). Can try a rejuggle of order of matches to speed up perception of play.

Web Site: Mobile first responsive design in early stages. Table for now.

Another item: TM and JK elected life members of the GVDA in their temporary absence.
