ADO Rep:

May be looking for a new regional rep. If we have a candidate we should put the name forward.

Old Business:

2013 Calendar: Mockup passed around and approved.

Roch Open: Sanction still pending as it's held up at the regional level. We can proceed anyway since we were sanctioned last year and have already paid our dues for next year. Dropped down a level of 50 people since Buffalo sanctioned their own league now. DD will verify with Dan that the mail has been sent on. Dan has changed the date of the SCDL members only tournament. It still clashes with Long Island now.

C division match length: Had some feedback on the rule change pilot. Some has been positive some has been negative. So it seems that the issues are exactly as we feared (along the lines of readiness) in addition to the inability to get out. There are a number of options available to help speed up play that are in the hands of the captains before they are in the hands of the board.

Sponsors: Geoff has sponsor recruitment flyers put together. JK will call an Open meeting the week after Thanksgiving.

Board Candidates: None put forward today. Is it time to put the league to rest? Other ways to reduce burden and cost to run the league like single midseason, no summer season, single 30 week season per year, no picnic, etc. etc. discussed.TM suggested putting it out there in an open letter that the league will wind up unless people step forward to keep it going.

New Business:

Midseason Wrap Up: Turnout was disappointing. Maybe consolidate them moving forward as we throw $480 into the two at the moment. Something to consider.

Open Discussion:

Ira's is officially closing this weekend, as the bar at least. GVDA has bad debt there. Judd Brown wants to buy a station. $125 approved. Board dinner will be sans alcohol and we need to talk to trophy company to make sure that we can pay later, securing with a credit card.

Adjourn:
