Old Business: |
Picnic: Smoker is $30 per day. Would need it for 2 days. Meat price at $1.89 per pound for pork and turkey. Approved. Couple packs of dogs and we're done. Need volunteers for rest - Mac salad - ED/TD, Salt potatoes - JK |

Playing for money: Couple teams interested. Gauge interest at sign up with as many captains there as possible. DD suggested putting it out there this season to try next season. JK wants to use this season as a pilot. That way we'll have it ironed out for January. DD said we need email out by Tuesday in that case to prepare captains and let them know we want to discuss it. Then interest will be self-evident either way. Instead of per player it would probably be per team. We will make it clear that we're piloting it. They will have two weeks to send the cheque after signup. |

Ira's (again): No payments received for 9 team seasons. No darts. From the outside the operation appears a mess unfortunately. JK will let captains know. |

Sign up duties: ED/DD tournament. JG signups. 50/50 for Women's ADO (RS?). JK float. |

ADO Qualifiers: If low turnout, McGinnity's without stanchions can host. |

Rochester Open 2013: Payout options - JK presented some suggested payouts. Going with changing 301 to 401, upping ADO events prizemoney by $500 and paying 4 places deeper. Spoke to Rick about getting weekend of the 20th and will speak further about possible ADO on Sunday. |
