Season going well OK so far. Printer is in poor state. Find out estimate of cost to professionally servicing it for JK and decide on action afterwards.

ADO Rep:

ADO rep will be planning next round of qualifiers once the regional is done this Saturday (16^th).

Old Business:

Charity Tourney and Sign-up Wrapup: Card received from Jen thanking GVDA for our part. Everyone enjoyed and there is talk of doing next year's this fall closer to the anniversary. For sign-up we got 10 teams for summer league and a solid turnout for the tournament. Some new and young faces for the summer which is good to see.

Picnic: Booked for September 8^th. JK proposed hiring a smoker for pork belly and turkey

New Business:

Midseason Duties: McGinnity's - 50/50 yes, trophies yes, DD, RS, GS who is running tourney, ED, JK. Should have plenty of people to help set up and tear down.

Fall Sign-up location: Move to Sunset? Yes.

Conversation with Blake: Conversation took place after the summer season sign-up, alleging misappropriations of funds and decisions made for the sole benefit of board members. Money spent on trophies, storage, board appreciation dinner. Not much we can do about someone running their mouth but board should be aware the talk is out there. We are too small to require the filing of a tax return but financial reports are available to members. Good point that we could have moved to the back room when we had guests to make room. For money league, we would prefer not to force the rest of the league or metro division into a money league on Tuesday for the sake of 4 teams. If the Thursday night money league picks up interest then we can re-evaluate. Possible experiment could be done to give teams the option to put in extra money to be eligible for payouts.

July meeting: No meeting. Midseason will provide opportunity for informal chitchat anyway and August meeting will happen before fall signup.

Open Discussion:

Purchase of TV and printer? For the open it might be nice. Looking to get TV at least in the future, with high enough resolution to display brackets. Goal is to get application for Rochester Open 2013 rolling at August meeting ($, date, etc.). Thoughts for getting buzz going earlier to be considered ahead of the August meeting.
