JK going to do some maintenance on the tape answering machine. Outgoing message will be changed too. Just missing one result. Two playoff championship matches went to overtime.

ADO Rep:

We held a qualifier - enough to qualify two for regional plus Amy. There is an ADO region 5-2 page on Facebook. GS has ADO points as does MG. ED just has a mention in Bullseye News.

Old Business:

Charity Tourney: We are on for Saturday. GS will be at McGinnity's 10-10:30 on Saturday. 9 boards in back room. DD, MG, ED, maybe RS will be there to setup. We were unable to secure a keg deal. We have passed out loads of flyers so hopefully we'll get a decent turnout. Jen has tickets aplenty. Board putting up $300 for split between prize money and donation. Gift certificates to GVDA store (JK to send with ED).

ADO Rep: Underwhelming response from the membership. Amy has volunteered. She will be the rep and MG has offered to provide help.

Picnic: Underwhelming response from the membership. Webster Park booked.

New Business:

Summer Signup: 4 stanchions should suffice. Considered upping tavern fees to $20 since it's a longer season than it used to be. Decided against it. RS and JK to do sign up, ED and MG to do tournament.

Forfeit Rule change: Forfeit rule may need a tweak so that it is in line with the spirit of what we were trying to avoid. This is when there's a no-show or less than the minimum players rather than a predetermined forfeit. In any case the other captain should be notified. We will also take out the word "approved" from clause b.

Bar Stuff: New bars: Flaherty's in Fairport - very keen, Denonville in Webster, Jeffrey's in Henrietta.
