Tried to book picnic. HW is booked solid. Ideas for alternatives for facilities/activities. DD wants to put it up to membership

*belch* new figures out for the results distribution, which doesn't look as good as the last time we ran 6 team divisions but not as bad as last season. Confusions between the scoreline and hotline are rife - propose changing voicemail answer messages to be clear and then points may be affected by failing to call the right number in either case.

DD sent write up to JK - qualifier needs to be setup for regional in June.

Old Business:

Charity Tournament: GS is not here. Jen has got a Rohrbach's gift card, signed Amerks jersey, darts set and others. Mike Gloss is going to assist and Sue is hopefully on board. Looking like being McGinnity's May 12^th. Need to loop around with GS but Jen is "about to open her big mouth" and has clearance.

ADO Rep:

Ira's Update: Elections are in June. We may need to move fall signup out to another venue depending on how things go. Also there are a few teams that might need to move soon, which would obviously not be our first preference.

New Business:

Jim's Issues: One team has an auxiliary light and a better match board but the other doesn't. We don't inspect boards and lighting and we can suggest to bars where to go to get upgrades and that there are complaints coming to us.

Open Discussion:

Issue at L&M - all captains present that night have been alerted to talk to their teams. Mike Gloss rule should get into effect - can go to higher division midseason but not to the lower one.
