Quiet month. Ended year with a reasonable balance, not in the red. Still some monies to come in post signup but next month's statement will reflect that.

Schedule done and posted. Copies sent to captains, except GS. Printer-friendly version is also posted. Thinking about making printer-friendly standings as well. Doing database updates.

Nothing to report. Rabino's bar - nobody checked it out yet.

ADO Rep:

Officially signed up for 2012 and finally we got sanction so can use the logo. Waiting to hear who new President is. Buffalo group happy to take us up on the general membership eligible for ADO at $10. Can also become general members at $30 if so choose.

Old Business:

Signup wrap-up : 31 teams signed up for Winter. 50-50 raised some more money for ADO women.

Tournament : Closing in rapidly. DD has ordered boards, should be here this weekend. DD, JG, JK and Steve Neu all have Friday off. Need people Thursday night to load boards. Brackets can now be displayed on TV but probably going to write some custom software to display. We don't have match cards but could use a receipt book that will create a duplicate for match play plus a receipt for the player. Certain chores will need to be done during tournament, including a full time cashier who is a single person if at all possible. Benny's girl to run raffles. No board ads sold yet - correction, possibly some from carpet cleaning company. Getting 15 boards - should we sell current ones to taverns (some of which desperately need them by the way) for $15? Sounds like six to eight are sold already so yes. JK will be reaching out to make sure everything is covered. 8pm Thursday, 12pm on Friday at Sunset. Need to confirm with Rick. Flyers available. No trophies.

New Business:

ADO Qualifier: Girls would like to do a qualifier at the tournament at 9pm.

Charity Tournament: Bill L memorial tournament should be in mind starting now.

Money League: Not picking up the way we hoped. Could be in jeapordy. Format change may help - JK and BB to investigate.

Open Discussion:

Survey results - not compiled yet. A couple suggested putting up line ups at the start of the night - maybe 4,4 and 4 at start of doubles, singles and doubles. Summer trial maybe?
